You might think that stopping for a cool draught beer
after work in the center of Prague at a reasonable price is an impossible dream.
Well, you’re mistaken.
A mug of unpasteurized Gambrinus beer, with that crisp “horseradish“ kick,
as the Czechs would say, for the price you pay at a village pub, accompanied by a pickled Hermelin cheese
or some herring and fresh bread, that’s the “U Templare” bar.
An islet of paradise for lovers of good beer in a sea of over-priced
establishments where the quality of suds is ofttimes sorely neglected.
